About Foxenbee

Foxenbee began in 2015 when my family and I planted a small lavender farm in Sebastopol, California. The process of doing so created a deep and lasting impact that lingers on long after we sold the property. The images at left of the bee and foxes were from that time and are treasured memories and exactly how Foxenbee got its name.

I firmly find living closely with nature restorative and magical. I also believe one doesn’t need to live in the country side or have property to experience it. It really is about observation wherever you may be to find nature and pause and wonder at it all. The plant that grows in the crack of a sidewalk - damn inspiring to me. The pigeons in a city that despite hostilities find a way to persist - also pretty impressive you have to admit. The beauty of nature is everywhere and with this site I hope to celebrate that through beautiful plant forward recipes and projects. I hope you’ll join me.

About Celeste

Celeste Duffy walking down a country road.

I absolutely LOVE food photography. Aesthetics are incredibly important to me and honestly I just want to make beautiful things in whatever form. While I am not a formal trained Chef - my decades living in Japan and SE Asia have deeply broadened my tastes and awareness of beautiful food and ingredients beyond my own native borders of the West coast of America.

I feel bringing beauty to food shows an appreciation for nature, for resources…. for being alive. This website facilitates this journey and I hope you’ll come along!

  • I do! Please reach out via email to connect about how Celeste can bring your vision to life.
